Business Analyst/Project Manager

Contracted through Kelly Mitchell to support the AT&T NUSA Project (Non US Access) by managing and improving the existing operational functionality procedures along with managing and designing end to end processes. Additionally, I am the project manager of the developmental team that produces new tools and systems to facilitate improvements to various AT&T departments. Involved in the following projects:

•NUSA – (Non US Access).  This project was brought in on time, in budget and in scope to bring in house the Non US Access Billing Revenue Recovery that had been outsourced to Vertek at a cost of 2.5 million dollars a year. By doing so we realized a reoccurring annual saving to AT&T of 2 million dollars per year.

•PCMS – (Problem & Change Management System). This project was completed meeting all the requirements for Phase I on time and in budget for the EMAE Group to perform Knowledge Management of the Billing Problems and Changes implemented to resolve them to allow for dramatic cost and time savings by not re-addressing known issues and solutions from previous resolutions. It tracks all issues from beginning to end and compares for existing solutions based on the systems databases.

•IPRR – (IP Revenue Recovery).  This project was set up in stages and we met the initial requirements ahead of schedule. It provides Billing Operations with a single interface that pulls in all the required data from several legacy systems to allow the users to dramatically reduce the time required to search these systems to resolve billing discrepancies and provide substantial cost savings to AT&T.

•STATUS – This project was completed in scope and on time and supplies the Billing Operations Group with a “succeed or fail” notification for the KOFAX Document Scanning System that they did not have natively. This results in a timely notice of documents that failed to be placed into the system for processing and allows for a much faster resolution to get the documents to Billing for AT&T, thus realizing a substantial time and cost savings.

The goal is a knowledge-driven information network that will help solve many kinds of business problems effectively.
